By the time the system was completed, our team had achieved great things and an impressive amount of material had been used:

Installed steel structure: 950 tons

Facade / trapezoidal sheet metal installed: 8,000 m² 

Assembly hours (steel and equipment): 57,000 h

Truck-mounted cranes used: in addition to the 2 pcs. Bernegger mobile cranes in the 90 and 100 ton class, the complete crane product range from Felbermayr in the 70 - 500 ton classes was also used, which was finally rounded off by the use of a crane in the 650 ton class for several weeks for the furnace and boiler lifting - heaviest part to be moved: 85 tons with dimensions of approx. 4.5 x 4.5 x 26 m.

Pipelines installed: 145 tons / 9,000 running meters

Scaffolding installed: 2,800 m²

Installed cable routes: approx. 2,000 running meters

Installed cable lengths: approx. 55,000 running meters

9,600 m³ of concrete and 900 tons of reinforcing steel 

The stair tower and elevator shaft (50 m high) were constructed using the slipform method within 12 days
